Hi, I am Lavanika from Melbourne. 

I assist overseas dentists prepare for dental (ADC) exams in Australia. My aim is to improve dental OSCE communication skills and Technical skills of the candidates, and not just limit it to notes/theory. 

Every candidate understands the scenario, but to distinguish yourself, a structured approach and effective communication are key. Likewise, handling technical tasks methodically ensures they are completed on time, with high quality, and in compliance with all infection control protocols. 

Additionally, being able to swiftly rectify any issues is crucial. We teach you how to stay calm, exude confidence, and handle any situation with the highest standards and ethics of a dentist.

My approach is a paradigm shift from theory based communication to real life patient based communication. I teach structure for every scenario which is also customizable as per your communication style. Once my candidate understands the basic structure and formulae, he/she can analyse the scenario and communicate effectively during OSCE exam.

I intentionally maintain small course batches to ensure each participant receives personalized attention. Beyond conducting role-plays, I thoroughly explain various possible scenarios and the best approaches to tackle them. I also provide comprehensive feedback. 

This method is equally applied in the full Technical Skills course. 

Thanks to this approach, all of our candidates are able to successfully handle communication OSCE tasks, technical tasks, and skilled OSCE tasks, achieving brilliant results.
